Real Food Weekly Menu Plan #16 ~ An Even Simpler Menu

It's getting down to the wire, folks.  Little Riddle number five is due in 29 days.  Part of me wants to enjoy the last chance I get for a while to play with new recipes, but the nesting urge says to use that energy to stock the freezer, keep things tidy, and prune and weed the land while I can (and maybe even start some tomato plants to sit on our window sill).  We'll see...  In the meantime, I'm allowing for extra grace in the area of meals, so here's is what we'll be enjoying this week:

To do: Soak rice for dinner, soak a triple batch of sourdough English muffins to eat & freeze, soak navy beans for Tuesday night, thaw ground beef for Wednesday night
Breakfast:  Gluten-Free, Grain-Free Raspberry Muffins (some for breakfast, some to freeze)
Lunch:  Nibble Trays
Snack:  Leftovers from nibble trays
Dinner:  Rice, veggie, and Egg Stir Fry 

To do: make sourdough English muffins & freeze half, soak German Pancakes, thaw & marinate tri tip for Thursday night
Breakfast:  Spinach & Cheese Easy Oven Omelette (recipe coming this week!)
Lunch:  Sourdough English Muffin Sandwiches 
Snack:  Leftover Spinach Cheese Omelette
Dinner:  Slow Cooker Navy Bean & Veggie Chowder (recipe coming soon!)

Breakfast:  Soaked German (Dutch Baby) Pancakes
Snack:  Raw Apple Pie Kefir Smoothies
Lunch:  Hummus Flowers
Snack:  Peanut Butter Popcorn
Dinner:  2 batches Beef Enchiladas with seasoned ground beef, one for dinner, one to freeze

To do:  Soak porridge, thaw flank steak & bell peppers for Saturday night
Breakfast:  Eggs & Organic, Pastured Bacon
Snack:  Blueberry Kefir Smoothies
Lunch:  English Muffin Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Leftover Soup from Tuesday Night
Snack:  Perfectly Frothy Raw Hot Cocoa
Dinner:  Roasted Tri Tip with Garlic Mashed Cauliflower & California Cold Weather Salad

To do: Soak a double batch of sourdough cranberry orange coffee cake & black forrest cake
Breakfast:  Soaked Porridge & Eggs
Snack:  kefir smoothies
Lunch:  Gluten-Free Turkey Pesto Pasta
Snack:  Fried Mush
Dinner:  Bunless Burgers over Salad with Probiotic-Rich Ranch Dressing, Perfect Potato Wedges

Breakfast:  Sourdough Cranberry Orange Coffee Cake
Snack:  kefir smoothies
Lunch:  Sourdough English Muffin Sandwiches
Snack:  Apple and Raw Cheese Slices
Dinner:  Beef & Peppers (with rice noodles) & Sourdough Black Forrest Cake

To do:  Menu plan
Breakfast:  Leftover Sourdough Coffee Cake & Eggs
Snack:  Nuts & Fruit on Hand
Lunch:  Leftovers
Dinner:  Leftovers
(Sunday is my day off)
