Weekly Menu Plan #49

We have survived fully celebrated birthday week!  Five cakes were made to prove it.  I now have a 35-year-old husband and a seven-year-old daughter.  It really was a sweet week and memories will be tucked away in our hearts forever.  Having two days off school really made it feel like a holiday weekend.  We are now back in the saddle of normal routine, and we all very much look forward to Thanksgiving vacation next month.  Next month.  THANKSGIVING.

Monday:
To do: thaw meat for Wednesday night & pumpkin
Breakfast:  Porridge
Lunch:  Nut Butter & Berry Wraps,  Carrot Slices, Hummus

Tuesday:
To do: make paleo pumpkin bars & start chicken stock after dinner
Lunch:  Sourdough Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches, Leftover Coffee Cake
Dinner:  Roast ChickenSalad

Wednesday:
To do: make cookie dough bites, thaw roast for Friday
Breakfast:  GF German Pancakes
Lunch:  Hummus, Jicama, Apple & Raw Cheese Slices, Paleo Pumpkin Bars
Dinner:  Stir Fry with Mixed Veggies, Rice, & Meat

Thursday:
To do: thaw ragu for Saturday
Breakfast:  Breakfast Burritos
Lunch: Apple, Carrot, & Raw Cheese Slices, Cookie Dough Bites
Dinner:  Warming Butternut Squash Soup, Biscuits

Friday:
To do:
Breakfast:  GF Chocolate Chip Scones thawed from last week
Lunch:  Leftover Scones, Pear Slices, Baba Ghanoush, Bell Pepper Slices
Dinner:  Italian Pot Roast with baked potatoes instead of noodles, Salad 

Saturday:
To do:
Lunch:  Irish Nachos

Sunday:
To do:
Breakfast:  GF Chocolate Muffins
Lunch:  Leftovers
Dinner:  Leftovers
(Sunday is my day off)
