I must have done som...They had a nice light flavor. I must have done something wrong, though... they didn't taste much like orange, and the texture seemed off to me. (They were in the oven 35 minutes before they could come out of the pans without crumbling to pieces, and the bottoms were very soggy.) They turned out wonderful and no chucks to speak of. I'd look for another orange muffin recipe using wheat flour.
